  • What is virtual counselling/therapy and how you should be equipped for online sessions ? 

It is a form of professional mental health counselling/ therapy that is generally performed virtually. You will need a mobile phone or laptop with a stable connection for video calls and phone calls. 

  • What age groups do you treat?

I treat children, adolescents and adults. 

  • What should you expect in the first session?

In the first session I will ask you some questions regarding your symptoms, what brings you to therapy, your history/ background and your concerns. I will provide you with the 'informed' consent form, and give you a chance to ask questions if you have any. We will then establish some goals and discuss the treatment plan. 

  • How do you maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in your practice? 

Confidentiality and ethical standards are critical components of my profession, and I take them seriously. I adhere to professional codes of ethics, maintain secure records, and use encryption technology to ensure the privacy and confidentiality of my clients' information.

  • How long is one session?

On an average the duration of a session is of 30-60mins. 

  • What will be the length of therapy ?

The number of recommended sessions varies by condition and treatment type. 

  • How often will we meet?

Usually treatment is most effective with weekly sessions. However, It depends on the severity of the condition and how much help you require. If you'd prefer every other week, that can work too.

Fee and Payment

  • What is your per session fee? 

I want therapy prices affordable for all, keeping in mind that everyone could benefit from my services.

  • How do I pay for my sessions ? 

Online sessions are prepaid. The payment can be made in either of the given ways: UPI, debit/ credit card. Details will be given before the consultation session. 

  • Do I pay every session or monthly?

You can pay for each sessions or you can check the packages under the ‘packages’ section for more details. 

Scheduling appointment

  • How do I schedule an appointment ? 

You can simply message/call on the number provided and then schedule an appointment. 

Rescheduling and cancellation of session 

  • What if I want to reschedule a session ?

Rescheduling your session is possible. You can easily reach out to me and ask for rescheduling the session. 

  • What is your cancellation policy? 

A reminder for your session will be give ​prior to the appointment day. If you wish to cancel the scheduled appointment, it's advisable to do it a day before. 

Cancelling the session 2-4 hours before the scheduled appointment, full amount will be refunded. 

1 hour before the scheduled, 50% of the total amount will be refunded. 

For Packages - Cancellation can be done before the commencement of the sessions and not after that.

Language and communication

  • In which languages therapy will be provided?

I am fluent both in Hindi and English.
